Be part of our supply staff

Cardiff Montessori School is seeking to expand its bank of supply staff. Given our unique educational approach it is can be difficult to call in supply staff unfamiliar with the approach to cover for staff sickness and absence.

We therefore offer teachers and TA's interested in joining our supply list induction and training before adding them to our supply list. This ensures if you are asked to work at short notice you feel prepared and comfortable and disruption is kept to a minimum.

Being part of our supply team gives you an opportunity to experience working in a Montessori environment and many of our past supply staff have gone on to become members of the CMS staff.
